Moonit terms of use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "your"), and Helio Fintech Ltd and Wen Moon Ser PTE. LTD ("Moonit", "we", "us", or "our"). They govern your use of the Moonit Services and Platform. By accessing or using the Moonit Platform, you agree to these Terms, as updated from time to time. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Warning
Digital Assets are volatile and carry significant financial risks. You should assess whether trading or holding them suits your circumstances. We are not your advisor, broker, or fiduciary. You are responsible for your investment decisions and any resulting losses. Conduct your own due diligence before trading.
1. Introduction 1.1 Moonit provides a platform for creating and trading Digital Assets. 1.2 By using the Platform, you enter a binding agreement with us under these Terms. 1.3 Read these Terms carefully and contact us if anything is unclear.
2. Eligibility To use the Moonit Platform, you must:
Be an individual or entity with the legal capacity to use the Platform and agree to these Terms.
If representing an entity, be duly authorized to act on its behalf.
Not be located in a jurisdiction where use of the Platform is illegal or in a prohibited country (as listed by Moonit). We may update eligibility criteria at our discretion, with or without notice, especially for legal or regulatory reasons.
3. Platform 3.1 We may refuse or restrict access to the Platform at our discretion. 3.2 You must not post abusive, defamatory, or misleading content, or engage in market manipulation. Violations may lead to access termination or restrictions.
4. Fees 4.1 We charge a flat fee of 1% on buy and sell orders, and a 2 SOL migration fee. 4.2 You agree to pay all applicable fees, which we may deduct from your connected Wallet. 4.3 We may adjust fees at our discretion, with updates deemed accepted if you continue using the Platform. 4.4 If the token graduates to Meteora, the creator will receive 90% of LP rewards, and 10% go to the Platform
5. Data and Privacy We retain your personal data as required by law (e.g., for tax or anti-money laundering purposes). Our Privacy Notice governs data use and forms part of these Terms.
6. Access and Transactions 6.1 You need compatible devices and internet access to use the Platform. 6.2 Transactions are final unless voided due to manifest error or improper intent (e.g., market manipulation). We may share transaction details with third parties as required by law. 6.3 Instructions you submit are irrevocable, and we are not liable for incomplete or inaccurate instructions.
7. Security 7.1 You are responsible for securing your devices and credentials. We are not liable for losses from security breaches due to your failure to safeguard access. 7.2 Notify us immediately of any suspected security issues. We may require information to address breaches and share it with third parties if needed.
8. Intellectual Property 8.1 Moonit retains ownership of its IP. You are granted a limited, non-commercial license to use it while these Terms are active. 8.2 You grant Moonit a perpetual, royalty-free license to use your IP as needed to provide Platform services.
9. Prohibited Use You must not:
Breach these Terms or applicable laws.
Engage in fraud, market manipulation, or unauthorized access attempts.
Use the Platform for commercial purposes without consent. Violations may result in suspension or termination.
10. Amendments and Termination 10.1 We may amend these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance. 10.2 We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access for reasons including suspected fraud, legal requirements, or breaches of these Terms.
11. Liability and Indemnity 11.1 The Platform is provided "as is." We are not liable for losses except those directly caused by our willful misconduct or fraud, capped at fees paid for the relevant transaction. 11.2 You indemnify us against losses arising from your use of the Platform, breaches of Terms, or violations of law or third-party rights.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution 12.1 These Terms are governed by English law, unless otherwise required by applicable law. 12.2 Disputes must first be addressed with us informally. If unresolved, they will be settled by binding arbitration in London under LCIA Rules, on an individual (not class) basis.
13. General 13.1 You are responsible for complying with applicable laws, including tax obligations. 13.2 Notices may be sent electronically (e.g., via Telegram or X). 13.3 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Moonit and cannot be assigned by you without our consent.

Definitions
Digital Assets: Digital representations of value (e.g., cryptocurrencies, NFTs) on distributed ledgers.
Platform: Moonit’s digital platform for accessing our services.
Wallet: Your digital asset wallet connected to the Platform.
